Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Gangwar NEET Classes & CBT account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request in any one of these ways, from the email or mobile number registered on your account:

Please include the name and email/mobile you registered with so we can verify it’s you. We complete verified deletion requests within 7 working days.

What is deleted

  • Your login and profile (name, email, mobile, photo, guardian details)
  • Your course enrolments and lesson progress
  • Your test attempts and scores
  • Your live-chat messages
  • Your active login sessions and devices

What may be retained

  • Payment / invoice records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting (retained up to the period required by law, then deleted)

These records are kept only for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone — you will lose access to any courses you purchased. If you only want to stop notifications, you can turn them off in your device settings instead. See our Privacy Policy for more.
